NavyYard 33 is a 47 unit loft-style residential building in the heart of the historic Charlestown Navy Yard on Boston’s waterfront. Once occupied by Partners Healthcare, Conroy Development undertook a gut-rehab of the entire building and transformed this former office building into one of the more desirable rental communities in Boston. The building features exposed brick walls, original wood beams, hardwood floors, state-of-the-art kitchens and soaring ceilings in every loft-style unit.
