President and CFO
Mr. Conroy is responsible for the overall growth and strategic planning for the company as well as the origination of new development and investment opportunities. Terence's day-to-day activities involve coordination and oversight of all aspects of the development process including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, construction management, property management and asset management. Prior to joining Conroy Development, he served as a Vice President of Acquisitions with Boston Financial Group. Terence received his B.A. from Bowdoin College, is a licensed Massachusetts Real Estate Broker and an active member of NAIOP.
Senior Vice President, Project Manager
Mr. Conroy is a Registered Professional Engineer and joined the firm in 1986. He is responsible for the project management of all construction activity. He has successfully managed over five million square feet of industrial, office and retail space for corporate clients throughout New England. Prior to joining Conroy Development, William spent 16 years with Charles T. Main Engineering as a Project Manager of Civil Engineering, Industrial Division for major projects within the U.S. and abroad.
Vice President, Project Development
Mr. Cabral brings over twenty years experience in government and real estate project development to the firm. Mr. Cabral is currently responsible for the strategic planning, programming and permitting of over one million square feet of new development projects in South Boston's "Innovation District" as well as actively seeking out potential development and investment opportunities throughout Greater Boston. Prior to joining Conroy Development, Mr. Cabral was with the Massachusetts Port Authority where he worked on the development and implementation of the "Commonwealth Flats Development Area" and the “Northern Avenue Waterfront Development” plans for the South Boston waterfront. He holds a BA from Rhode Island College and an MA from Providence College.
Vice President, Construction Operations
Mr. McInnes is primarily responsible for construction planning and management including logistics planning, estimating and solicitation of architecture, engineering and general contracting services. In addition, Paul monitors the cost and schedule of ongoing construction projects. He has over 25 years of construction management experience and has specialized in urban high-rise construction for the past 10 years. Paul received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
